I began my second career as an accountant in 1999 after retiring as a Ranger in the United States Army, where I served for over 20 years. Some great people and mentors at Robinson, Grimes & Company, a large CPA firm located in Columbus, GA contributed to my success as an accountant. Most importantly, the solid foundation of values and attributes that shaped me comes primarily from my family, the military, and the many friends and business acquaintances that have inspired me along the way.
After moving to Arizona in 2000, I continued to gain valuable industry experience as a staff accountant and partner at a Phoenix-based CPA firm; as a Corporate Field Auditor for the Arizona Department of Revenue; as both a Revenue Officer and Revenue Agent for the Internal Revenue Service; and finally, as Vice President of Tax & Finance for an Arizona-based payroll company.

We are hiring:
Payroll Sales Position:
Function as an Outside Sales Representative, generates revenue by contacting current or prospective clients to introduce products and services and generate qualified leads for outside sales representatives. Ensures the current or prospective client meets lead quality parameters while achieving daily production quotas pertaining to dials and leads. Entrenches our position in the marketplace as a quality payroll and human resource service provider nationwide by explaining our product offerings and the advantages of using Payroll Geeks vs. the competition.

Contacts prospective clients and generates leads for the appropriate outside sales representative to meet expected levels of production

Tracks daily production and expected weekly/monthly performance in order to meet call, lead and revenue quotas.

Achieves lead generation quotas to support revenue/sales attainment.

Understands and maintains an organized database of prospective clients for market research by tracking business information and accurately coding phone calls as trained by management.

Prepares for and attends any and all department meetings, team meetings, and training sessions to increase knowledge, sales skills and contribute to revenue growth.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Associates Degree preferred.

A minimum of 2 years of business experience.
